Imho it should not occur during normal operation.
In my syslog I cannot find a single message...

You could try to further reduce i2c speed (SAA7146_I2C_BUS_BIT_RATE_360).

I wonder whether there is some broken hardware which causes noise on the
i2c bus (a broken power supply for example).

Can you test the card on a different computer?
