  It sounds like the issue could be a marginal power supply.  I'm not
fully familiar with the GeForce 6200 but have done a lot of testing with
the pcHDTV family of cards and various nvidia cards.  Signal lock is
very sensitive to the voltage stability of the PCI bus and your GeForce
6200 may be loading the system enough to drop the voltage causing signal
lock problems.  What is the rating of your power supply?

There is no direct interaction between the video drivers and the v4l-dvb
drivers in terms of "compatibility" so the issue is more external.

If you want to continue this discussion off list, I can give you some
suggestions on how to isolate the issue.
