Hello,
when I plug in my dvb-t box I get this syslog messages:

Oct 14 11:05:15 horus usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and
address 8
Oct 14 11:05:15 horus usb 1-3: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
Oct 14 11:05:15 horus dvb-usb: found a 'AVerMedia AverTV DVB-T USB 2.0 (A800)'
in cold state, will try to load a firmware
Oct 14 11:05:15 horus dvb-usb: downloading firmware from
file 'dvb-usb-avertv-a800-02.fw'

Looks ok to me. These are the modules I have loaded:

horus dvb-t # lsmod
Module Size Used by
videodev 6592 0
dvb_usb_a800 4292 0
dvb_usb_dibusb_common 5380 1 dvb_usb_a800
dib3000mc 11392 1 dvb_usb_dibusb_common
dib3000_common 1792 1 dib3000mc
dvb_usb 13896 2 dvb_usb_a800,dvb_usb_dibusb_common
dvb_core 61224 1 dvb_usb
i2c_core 14672 2 dib3000_common,dvb_usb
dvb_pll 9988 2 dvb_usb_dibusb_common,dvb_usb

Stripped some, which are IMO not DVB relevant.

But when I try to scan:

horus dvb-t # dvbscan de-Frankfurt
scanning de-Frankfurt
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
main:2232: FATAL: failed to open '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0': 2 No such file
or directory

What's missing at my config? kernel options?

Thanks,

Florian
