Updating to a newer PCIID would help here ..
latest PCIID's can be found here http://pciids.sourceforge.net/pci.ids

On my system i have the PCI ID database at /usr/share/hwdata/pci.ids

Ok, i will need to check as to why.

QAM4 when you have asked it to use QAM128, that 's one bug in there.
