I haven't had such an issue here in Frankfurt or in Cologne, and I got
a positive feedback from people in other german cities as well that
the em28xx driver works with the correct 7MHz frequencies.. maybe it
would be good to add following ones as well .. at least it wouldn't
hurt:

T 177000000 7MHz (same as in your new patch)     # (!hack, was
177.5Mhz) BBC, FAB, WDR, SüdWest
T 191000000 7MHz (same as in your new patch)     # (!hack, was
191.5Mhz) MDR, NDR, arte

in fact, the reception is better with 7MHz. This isn't mentioned on the
http://www.garv.de pages. :(

BTW, I also filled in the fec_low values as autodetected by dvbscan
(auto for zdf).
and replaced QAM16 by QPSK on the dvb-h transponder.


attached new patch. The only transponder I can't receive here is now zdf.
