Absolutely, that's the only problem I'm having with the driver. And this is very annoying, I have to monitor the recepcion to reboot the machine, as I also can not unload the drivers without a computer hung-up.  However, I am not sure if in this moments, the card is locked to a wrong trasponder due to PLL failure.
 
I Would like tring to fix this problem, If we had some help from the list, perhaps, if this is already known and fixed for newer kernels, a kind of patch can be generated for 2.4 kernels for those who must use this kernel due to other applications like happens in my case.
 
Thanks all for your understanding, I know you don't understand us using this old system, but sometimes it happens!!
