I've got  the same problem !

No way to compile the whole cvs source because of this "file not found"

But you can try (harder) to compile only what you need
by doing a :

$ make config
(choose what you need....)
$ make
(compile)

nevertheless .... anyone knows how to solve this problems  ..?
