This is usually caused by attempting to use the T2 as a USB 1.1 device. Two things to check: 1. Do you have it plugged into a USB 2.0 capable socket. 2. Do you have the correct module(s) loaded for USB 2.0 functionality (i.e. EHCI_HCD)?
