I have an issue with recording via my Air2PC which I never encountered
before. It only started happening when I added a firewire card. When mythtv
starts to record, machine's cpu would sometimes go to 99% and it would kill
my ssh session, even mouse and keyboard does not respond. I removed the
firewire card and mythtv will be able to record without any issues. I placed
back the firewire card and weird behavior comes back. I did this five times
and have confirmed this behavior when firewire card is installed back. I did
an lspci -v and also cat /proc/interrupts and I didn't see any IRQ
conflicts. I'm out of guess. I don't know what's really happening.
This is what I saw when tailing /var/log/messages and when recording via
mythtv and firewire card present. Recording pauses after 10 seconds, then on
my other machine I would see the messages below upto a point that ssh
session does not respond anymore.

My setup:
Kernel: 2.6.15.1 on Fedora Core 3
Tuner1: Air2PC
Tuner2: Fusion HDTV5 Lite
Currently, firewire is removed and it's recording witout any issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
