dvbscan initial file DVB-T Australia/Sydney

Hi,

after some initial trouble with the dvb-t receiver (as described in 
another thread "DiBcom USB2.0 ..."), I was able to tune.

in order to find all channels transmitted in Sydney, the following 
change was needed on the initial scan file. In addition to that, I'd 
propose to change the file name to 

 au-Sydney_North_Shore
