Which version of the card do you have? - The old blue ones with SU278/SH(A) 
tuner or one of the newer red ones with SU1278/SH-2 tuner?
If it's one of the second, could you possibly post the exact serial number 
(the two lines under the SU1278/SH-2 on the label of the tuner box)?
We've actually experienced the same problem on some cards and are in contact 
with KNC regarding this issue.
