I demand that Simon Baxter may or may not have written... > I have a WinTV Nova-T card, which I've been using for ages. > Just bought a new Phillips TV and the volume up-down keys seem to conflict > with the hauppauge L-R and |< - >| keys. How does this happen? How can 2 > of the phillips keys conflict with 4 of the hauppauge? They don't. The IR drivers in both budget-ci (all supported cards) and cx88xx (some supported cards) don't fully process the IR data from the card. (No doubt that you've also noticed that the number keys on either remote control work equally well so far as your card's driver module is concerned...) > Any ideas on how to isolate and fix this?
