DVICO FusionHDTV+ difficulites

Hi,

I've got a DVICO FusionHD DVB-T Plus card that I'm struggling to get
working on Ubuntu 5.10. I'm a relative Linux n00b, so any advice is
appreciated.
Here's what I've been trying following lots of googling:

I've upgraded the kernel to 2.6.16 as I understand there maybe
problems with the driver in the 2.6.12 kernel Ubuntu comes with.

I've been trying various loading and unloading of the modules using
lsmod, rmmod and modprobe-cx88-dvb.

I've tried creating a file referencing the card in /etc/modprobe/ with
the contents "options cx88xx card=21"

But none of this seems to be working. What follows is a dump of dmesg
and then lsmod. I'm hoping someone can look at this and point me in
the right direction:

Thanks!
