The audio problem is solved with your patch thanks.
But the receiving quality is bad.
My dvb-c 2.1 dos'nt have such problems with the receiving quality.
Do you sugest a spezial firmware or another thing to get a more stable
signal?

The attached patch is waiting to be applied to the HG repository.
Unfortunately I can't do that before all authors have signed/acked.
