Could it be an incorrect frequency for the SBS carrier? I had a similar

I have absolutely no idea actually. I've gone back to kernel 2.6.14 series, used Mercurial version of linuxtv and still can't get this to work.

I think the freq for SBS is correct. What freq are you on for SBS? I'm using 536500000hz. My 4 tuners are as follows:
---
2006-03-01 13:10:38.378 DVB#0 Using DVB card 0, with frontend 'Twinhan VP7045/46 USB DVB-T'. 2006-03-01 13:10:38.882 DVB#1 Using DVB card 1, with frontend 'Twinhan VP7045/46 USB DVB-T'.
2006-03-01 13:10:38.890 DVB#2 Using DVB card 2, with frontend 'DST DVB-T'.
2006-03-01 13:10:39.198 DVB#3 Using DVB card 3, with frontend 'DST DVB-T'.
---

tzap output. As you can see, the 2nd VP7045 USB tuner can't work with SBS only, other channels works fine.):

I have installed WindowsXP on this machine, and verified that the both USB tuners tune in to SBS in Windows XP. Any more ideas? I have absolutely no idea what is wrong here, I know it's probably not hardware. But which aspect of software (kernel, dvbcore, etc) is causing this problem?

Would be eternally greatful for any gurus who can help me figure out this one.

Regards,
Tj
