Thanks for the quick reply.
I followed your HowTo but when I tried the atscscan.. I got the
following message

"main:2228: FATAL: failed to open '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0': 16
Device or resource busy"

I then unloaded saa7134-dvb using the force option (rmmod saa7134-dvb
-f) and reloaded it. The scan process then started.

I tried both the ATSC and NTSC frequences on BOTH antenna ports on the
card, and didn't get one single channel defined in my channels.conf

Just to avert any issues about getting a signal, without moving my
antenna, I plugged in a ATSC STB and was able to receive 4 different
channels ranging in strength form 65% to 85%

Any idea's what I doing wrong?

Am I loaded the drivers in the wrong order?

BTW, I'm located in Toronto, Canada
