following the many threads, I understand the Signal/BER info is hard to come by, and only seems to work, on the 8VSB modes on the new Air2PC card (HD-5000) and on the QAM side, it's unchanging. Taylor's patch side appears to be down today, so I can't grab his source and snip out what I want..
