What about DSS modulation support ?
Twinhan boards already support it and DST frontend setup need just one
bit changed to switch between QPSK and DSS mode ...


The DSS "standard" is proprietary belonging to DIRECTV. Unlike DVB, documentation on the standard is not available. It is not just the single switch that matters. There will need to be API changes as well. And to top it up there aren't any userspace applications yet. The packet size is also different, 127 rather than 188.


Someone has the specs .. ?
