I don't think this is a problem with your DVB, but rather Mplayer. I had a friend who knows a bit more about Mplayer come over and check it and he changed some of the parameters for Mplayer and it worked fine. I think he changed which display driver Mplayer used. Have you tried Xine or VLC? Xine is pretty good for playing DVB. William
