Previously, I thought it might have been the LNB; however, I have come to the conclusion that it isn't the LNB at all. Both dvbscan -l 10750 and dvbsnoop both return incorrect values and I am unable to tell if I am even getting close to a lock at all.

I don't have any way to test this card in Windows. To be honest, I'm not even sure if having my dish pointed a certain way even affects the results. As I have said before, I can get 0x03s and 0x07s in dvbscan even when the dish is not even plugged into the card. This is frustrating as I spent well over thirty minutes outside moving the dish and scanning and seeing no changes in dvbscan whatsoever.
