[linux-dvb] Another Twinhan VP20310 problem

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have try the -r option, the file is not 0 byts anymore, the file is
growing, but mplayer gives now this error (other player wil crash):

TiVo file format detected.
MPEG: No audio stream found -> no sound.
MPEG: FATAL: EOF while searching for sequence header.
Video: Cannot read properties.
No stream found.

Hi,

You need to supply the -r option to czap to set up /dev/dvb/adapterX/dvr0
for TS recording. This seems not to be documented for czap (czap -h) but is
for tzap and szap (se szap -h). However, the option seems to be present in
the source code for czap.

So something like:
peterr-alfa2 ~ # czap -r "RTL 5"

and then in another window (while still running czap in the first):
peterr-alfa2 ~ # cat /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 > /data/test.ts
