Hi,
I find convenient to dump the PAT and PMT pids for every channel (so
e.g. vlc can play the stream dumped
by other software (mplayer)).
For this reason I introduced a new parameter: -M that forces the video
pid to be followed by +0+pmt_pid.
It's not the most elegant solution but IIRC the pid+pid syntax was
already used in the past;
additionally, for a long time has mplayer has been able to recognize
this syntax.
