Finally I know whats wrong. It was the gentoo-sources. I installed a 
vanilla-kernel (2.6.13.4), and it works just perfectly now.

Sorry for waisting your time, but now I know that gentoo-sources and the 
dvb-cvs don't match. (Even when it worked with the gentoo-sources 
before, I never used vanilla)
