Bad - the sub-system id is not set: 0000:0000.

If you _know_ the correct id for your card you can try to fix it using
this tool: http://www.escape-edv.de/endriss/dvb/fix_eeprom.c

If the type of the brokan card is the same as the working one the
sub-system id should be set to 13c2:1005.
