I have been using that remote with no problem at all since vanilla 2.6.13.2 (maybe it worked even earlier, but that's when _I_ tried it). Use /dev/input to read it. On my machine, all keys are supported that way. In vdr, use vdr-plugin-remote to read /dev/input. Regards, Hanno
