All of these questions are completely irrelevant for all "budget" cards (i.e. no on-board MPEG2 decoder or TV output). The card simply provides an MPEG transport stream to the host PC, and it's entirely up to the software on the PC to process / decode / display that data. Cheers, Gavin.
