I have created tree-merging scripts, that will allow users of hybrid boards that use code from both trees, to be able to test the most recent version of all the code involved that makes up these drivers. Blah, I know that I'm starting to sound like a broken record about this... I thought I plugged this merged-tree build environment enough by now that everyone would know about them... Please, see the HOWTO in the v4lwiki: http://linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/How_to_build_from_CVS The howto explains how to retrieve both video4linux and dvb-kernel cvs into the same directory, then cd into video4linux, run scripts/merge-trees.sh, then make; make install .... This pulls all the dvb code that video4linux depends on for the hybrid boards into the video4linux build environment using symlinks.
