I started Anysee viewer and did scan > channels and then quited program. A first look into the usblog turned out, that this is a new device-type which is not covered by any usb-driver in dvb-kernel, yet. I.e. it uses different usb-communication bytes than other devices. So another driver needs to be written. Additionally I found out, that it uses an mt352-demod (driver exists) and the pll is connected to i2c-port of the mt352 on 0x60. The best thing would to get some information from the vendor. If you are patient, go ahead and ask them if they could provide information to write an OpenSource-Driver (you'll get support for that here, as far as I can see from here, the driver will fit perfectly into the dvb-usb-framework). If you want to you can CC me when writing such an Email.
