Not sure what the device at 0x25 would be. 0x4A - that's the SAA711x analog video decoder, of course. The "Plus" means it is an analog+digital card. I figure the card must be switched to digital mode before the STV0299B becomes "visible". Probably through one of the SAA7146A GPIO pins.
