[linux-dvb] Weird problems with Cinergy 1200 DVB-C

Hi guys,

for a few days I've been having strange problems with a (actually, two)
Terratec Cinergy 1200-C cards.
When tuning to some (not all) transponders, all I receive is a bunch of
nicely colored blocks, looking very much like decoding errors. czap
however reports a ber of zero as well as zero "unc" frames (the whole
line looks like this: status 1f | signal 8181 | snr f1f1 | ber 00000000
| unc 00000000 | FE_HAS_LOCK). dvbscan, on the other hand, doesn't
detect anything on the bouquet at all. I'm running two boxes, each with
its own card, and the problem arose on both boxes at the same time.
Under Windoze (yes, shame on me) everything still works like a charm.

I'm using the built-in drivers with kernel 2.6.11-gentoo-r6 and
2.6.11-hardened-r1, respectively.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

c.

PS: Something I noticed was that the transponder frequency was set to
329998000 (as opposed to 330000000) in the Terratec App under Windows.
Using this frequency didn't change anything under Linux, though.
