strange signal interferences snr leading to high ber and unc blocks.

picture distorted, high level bursts on audio killed a tweeter coil of
my expensive audio equipment last week. the power amps protection
circuits are too slow for that.

friend in mannheim (dipl.-ing. electronics sciences, like me) says too,
with his technisat dbox. so end user equipment is out.

the kabelbw published "netzebene 4" spec for digital cable signal quality
to the end user chapter 3.3. -> www.kabelbw.de

ber at home connector is stated with 1e-9(!) there. this is not met here
at all on ARD, ZDF and Kerrang! and some more channels several hours a day.

on astra sat it was mostly ok. so the problem must be somewhere in their
network.

ill report this to ARD, too.

so ive claims against this cable provider.
i must prove to the pre-court in liability case to get refunded the
killed speaker.

any opionions/comment?

y
tom
