AFAIK DiSEqC 2.0 adds a return channel (so set-top-boxes could automatically find out what equipment they are connected to). I've never seen a set-top-box which supports this, however. But the better DiSEqC switches do, although most LNBs don't, so even if you have a DiSEqC 2.0 switch you cannot find out what's behind it. The FE_DISEQC_RECV_SLAVE_REPLY ioctl is supposed to be used for handling DiSEqC 2.0. The DiSEqC spec is here: http://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/4_5_5.html Johannes
