The driver for this card can be found in 2.6.13 (currently -rc2). You can 
either use patches from http://www.linuxtv.org/download/patches/ or from 
CVS:

cvs -D :pserver... co -D 2005-06-30 dvb-kernel (for 2.6.12)
cvs -D :pserver... co -D 2005-06-18 dvb-kernel (for 2.6.9-2.6.11)
