Hi, I've just uploaded the new av7110 firmware version 261f to http://linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/. This is similar (if not identical) to the latest greatest of the many 261e versions floating through the net, but I decided to bumb the version number to avoid confusion. A summary of the changes is also available under the above link, for me the highlights are better error handling and smoother a/v sync.
