Hello: I have just added another budget dvb-t pci card (AverTV 761) to my pc running linux suse 9.2 - kernel 2.6.8-24 which already has a premium technotrend dvb-t pci card installed. The drivers that came with the original suse 9.2 kernel as well as with the updated kernel I am now running never worked properly with the ttusb premium card, so I built and installed the necessary drivers from a cvs version of the dvb-kernel I downloaded at the time back when 2.6.8 was still supported. Unfortunately I only installed the drivers for the hardware I had at that time and did not install the dvb_bt8xx drivers I now need to use the avertv card. I also cannot find the backup of the dvb-kernel cvs I made at the time .. Since I cannot build the CVS dvb-cvs kernel any longer, can anyone tell me where I might be able to find a source for the dvb-kernel I could build on my system. I really hesitate to update my kernel simply because of the huge amount of time it always takes to make all my other system hardware function properly. I have also tried going back to the original suse kernel drivers but in spite of everything I cannot get the ttdvb premium pci to work properly... the avertv card works fine though! :-) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
