[linux-dvb] Write_dst error during scan on Twinhan DVB-T mini ter

Arrgh.  Sorry.  It appears this was the result of providing the 
incorrect frequency to the tuner.  Crystal Palace is apparently just out 
of range of here, and there is a better one to use which seems to detect 
the channels OK now.
