If I run a scan as follows:
 ./scan dvb-t/uk-CrystalPalace

I get a list of _write_dst errors in dmesg and get "tuning failed"
during the scan.

The results of the scan are as follows:
======
scanning dvb-t/uk-CrystalPalace
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
initial transponder 505833333 0 3 0 1 0 0 0
 >>> tune to:
505833333:INVERSION_AUTO:BANDWIDTH_8_MHZ:FEC_3_4:FEC_NONE:QAM_16:TRANSMISSION_MODE_2K:GUARD_INTERVAL_1_32:HIERARCHY_NONE
WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!!

(tuning failed)
WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!!
ERROR: initial tuning failed
dumping lists (0 services)
Done.
======

The errors in dmesg (occurring during a scan) look like:
======
write_dst: _write_dst error (err == -5, len == 0x08, b0 == 0x07)
...<repeated lots of times>...
======

Any ideas what this means?
