Tried with updated CVS and got this. I had to change the buffer size in
libdvbsi/channels.c and in pat.c I changed the first line of
parse_descriptor() into

p_program_descriptor->program_number =
                ((uint16_t) buf[pos] << 8) | buf[pos + 1];

Mplayer still refuses to play dvr0 but I got this from ca_zap
