There is three threads involved.

The CI layer from VDR is running in it's own thread. Another thread reads from 
the demux/dvr devices and also reads FE_GET_EVENT. The third thread processes 
a list of transponders/services and does maintance work on these. It is where 
tuning and setting/clearing filters occurs.

Hmm, probably time for a firmware upgrade (dvb-ttpci-01.fw-261d-rc3),
upgraded to dvb-ttpci-01.fw-261d now.
