Hi,

I'm so glad you did that!

Well, I tried it, it compiles and loads fine, the devices are created,
as this is on my desktop PC I wanted to try it with kaffeine, which
recognises the device from the start. But I can't tune.

I have a 4/1 diseqc switch and 4 LNBs.
I tried with dvb-apps-1.1.0 and this is what I get:

blues dvb-s # dvbscan -s 3 Astra-19.2E
scanning Astra-19.2E
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
initial transponder 12551500 V 22000000 5
>>> tune to: 12551:v:3:22000
WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!!
>>> tune to: 12551:v:3:22000 (tuning failed)
WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!!
ERROR: initial tuning failed
dumping lists (0 services)
Done.

Are there some more debugging options? Should I try with dvb-apps-cvs?

Thanks for your work,
Lucian
