[linux-dvb] Fix for DTT-CI cards

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi Hans,

It looks like your signal is quite weak. I can see values of 5700 with my
antenna, and when using the card in a windows machine, it complained about
too weak signal now and then.

Here is my tzap output:

[root@thay linux-2.6.11.8]# /usr/local/src/dvb-apps/util/szap/tzap TV4
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
reading channels from file '/root/.tzap/channels.conf'
tuning to 554000000 Hz
video pid 0x0419, audio pid 0x0418
status 00 | signal 0000 | snr 0000 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
status 1f | signal 5700 | snr 3200 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status 1f | signal 5700 | snr 3c00 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status 1f | signal 5700 | snr 3200 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status 1f | signal 5700 | snr 3200 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status 1f | signal 5700 | snr 3200 | ber deadbeef | unc deadbeef |
FE_HAS_LOCK

I've just ordered a CAM-module so next week the adventure continues...

Regards,
Henrik
