I have the same problem. I have an P4 3.0 Ghz (Supermicro board) with one Nova-S PCI and a Nexus-S PCI. The Nova-S works perfectly, byt the Nexus-S gives the same problem. What kind of firmware version do you use ? I don't think it's a problem with my tuner-card, because it works under windows.
