Hi,

We have experienced the same situation with NovaT (older, newer) cards since 2.6.10/2.6.11
One workaround seems to keep a tzap running in the background.
Maybe that's a lead ?

Seems there are different Nova-T cards, e.g the Hauppauge Winfast 2000
Nova-T XP isn't supported under linux-dvb, but with Gerd Knorr's stuff
in dl.bytesex.org/cvs-snapshots. My card is working wth up to 2.6.11.7 +
video4linux-20050403-221421.tar.gz on mandrake 10.1.
Regards
Sid.
