Erm... so what happend to the firmware uploading part of the 2.6x kernel? My WinTV Nova-T TV card used to insist that I downloaded some special firmware and put it in a particular directory and then pointed the kernel to it. It was all in all, a long and painful process. Am I to ssume that this is no longer neccesary? GJ
