hallo@all,

I'm using a Toshiba Sattelite P20 with Kubuntu 5.04 (I know its not
released).

I want to use the dec3000s

The drivers are installed and hotplug is enabled in the kernel (a
selfmade 2.6.10)

when i connecet the dec i get this in dmesg:

Why this:
Mar 24 19:27:48 localhost kernel: ttusb_dec: Firmware
1.15<3>ttusb_dec_boot_dsp: Firmware (dvb-ttusb-dec-3000s.fw) unavailable.

The firmaware has the right name and is placed in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware

there is no atapter and frontend available, but i think this will be
solved if the firmaware loads correctly????

please help me!!!

greets
markus
