[linux-dvb] Could I use the DVB API 3 to implement scan channel

Dear all,

 

           I had read the DVB API 3 about frontend and demux. And I can use
the API to get information from my DVB-T device.

           Could I use the api to implement scan channel? If could, what
specs. Or documentations I should learn before ?
