Hi. IYO, what is the best video + audio encode combination? I was using DivX and uncompressed-pcm (can't get the lame-mp3 plugin to work in mencode). The Divx video was really poor though. Since then I've been watching the streams in unencoded MPEG2 (over wireless 802.11b LAN to XP client)- but windows media player occasionally fails back to the beginning of the stream, requiring me to skip ahead from the beginning and try to find where I got up to.
