I had to change my original antenna which was for the analogue channels and experiment with positioning, but I still get the occasional blips on ITV channels, especiallly bad during the evening, hoping that will be cured when I can find the darn booster that's hiding somewhere. I'm pretty high up, but I believe there is still a bit of a hill between me and the SuttonColdfield antennas. The only way I could get the thing to work was the method you are using and finally with kaffeine-dvb, xawtv, kaxtv and tvtime were all failures with either audio, video or acquiring channels. This card is still a mystery to me, it works without the tuner and tvaudio modules loaded, dvr works a treat. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ....
