[PATCH 03/10] staging: rtl8188eu: remove unused macros from include/basic_types.h

FIELD_OFFSET, READEF1BYTE, READEF2BYTE, READEF4BYTE
WRITEEF1BYTE, WRITEEF2BYTE, WRITEEF4BYTE are removed.
