[PATCH RESEND 05/10] staging: wilc1000: removes unnecessary variable of wilc_mac_cfg_t structure

This patch removes unnecessary variable of wilc_mac_cfg_t structure.
The variable is debug print function pointer.
Removes all what used this variable.
